About the Firm

The person behind the partnership.

Jalloh & Company was founded by Alhaji Jalloh, an IRS-licensed Enrolled Agent based in College Park, Maryland. Educated at the University of Maryland Global Campus, he built the firm to serve the entrepreneurs, families, and organizations who make the Capital Region's economy work — the kind of clients who want a real advisor, not another vendor.

The firm holds federal designations as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) — a reflection of the discipline, responsibility, and service ethic that guide every client relationship.

Clients return because the conversation goes further than a return or a reconciliation. We take time to understand what you're managing, where you're headed, and where a stronger financial structure can carry you.

Founder-led attention
You work directly with the people making the decisions.
Real advisory perspective
Beyond number-crunching — practical insight you can act on.
Long-term relationships
Clients stay year after year because the guidance compounds.
Responsive communication
Questions answered promptly, not weeks later.
Our Philosophy

Good financial guidance should
move you forward.

Accounting should not merely describe what already happened. It should help you understand where you stand, what needs attention, and what to do next.

That's the standard behind every engagement — from a first bookkeeping cleanup to a multi-year tax strategy conversation.

Preparing to hire
Know the true cost, payroll setup, and cash-flow impact before you post the role.
Managing cash flow
Understand the rhythms of what comes in and out — and how to smooth them.
Starting a company
Choose the right entity, register cleanly, and build a foundation that scales.
Improving bookkeeping
Clean, current books that give you real answers when you need them.
Planning for taxes
Move from reactive filing to proactive year-round tax planning.
Handling payroll
Set up the right system, keep it compliant, and stop worrying about it.
Responding to problems
Notices, back-filings, and clean-ups handled with care and confidentiality.
Preparing for growth
Reporting and structure ready for the next hire, contract, or funding round.
